Booth Information:

BI+Analytics Conference offers a turn-key booth program that is an effective and all-inclusive marketing platform designed to help you create an even playing field among all partners. There are graphic customization options to personalize your booth, and this page will give you all the information that you will need in order to make your best showing.

Digital File Specifications:

Files must be submitted as vector files in Adobe Acrobat (.PDF), Adobe Illustrator (.AI or .EPS), or Adobe Photoshop (.TIF or .PSD). Please download and look over the “Graphic Guidelines” for full details.

Graphic Design Assistance:

If you do not have a designer to create your artwork, you may use our preferred graphic design company, Purpaula Productions. If you decide to work with Purpaula Productions, please inform Paula Finnerty, creative director, by Monday, Jan. 21, 2019, so she has enough time to create your artwork. Artwork Due Date & Where to Send Artwork:

Booth artwork must be submitted by Friday Feb. 7, 2020. Any artwork not submitted by this date will be subject to a $250 late fee.

All partners need to upload their artwork to the Shepard FTP site in their designated folder. Follow the link and directions below.

*Please note the 32” monitor will cover any artwork that is more than 18” below the top of the booth.
