This rate is valid through close of business on Friday, Feb. 14, 2020, pending availability. Reservations must be made through the Atlanta Evergreen Marriott Conference Resort directly. SponsorshipIt is agreed that each individual exhibitor must assume all responsibility for any damage caused to the exhibition area and exempt the organizers from all liability which may ensue from any cause whatsoever. Exhibitors are responsible for their equipment and are required to carry their own insurance, which should remain in force until their exhibits are removed from the exhibition. The exhibitor understands that neither the Atlanta Evergreen Marriott Conference Resort nor Eventful Conferences maintain insurance covering the exhibitor’s property, and it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
